PRINCE2 FOUNDATION QUALIFICATION TRAINING

The PRINCE2 foundation Qualification validates your capability of working on the processes of a project under the PRINCE2 environment settings. This training course will enable you to work as a member of a project management team. Through this course, you will learn how to support others and work in collaboration with the team members. Here, you will learn about the principles and terminologies of PRINCE2. The subject matter of this course is designed to explain the foundation-level knowledge of project management.

PRINCE2 foundation training course will cover from the basic to some advanced level of project management methodologies including Business Case Theme, Risk Theme, Quality Theme, Organization Theme, Plans Theme, Change Theme, and Progress Theme. This course will help you know and learn more about these themes and get how the PRINCE2 foundation works.

There is no particular prerequisite for the PRINCE2 Foundation exam. This certification validates the ability of an individual to implement the terms and the methodology of PRINCE2 for project management purposes. In this exam, you have to answer 60 multiple choice questions and score at least 55% correct answers to pass the exam. 

The duration of the exam is one hour and it is recommended that the candidates have the basics of the project management process for the PRINCE2 Fundamental Certification exam.
